Checkin was great. Had my info from previous stays so saved time . Very courteous. Room was nice. Plank floor certainly a great upgrade from carpet. Breakfast good Was small issue with expedia booking to be corrected .All.in all will certainly come back. .

Front staff took time to open locked door after ringing door bell. Front desk did not express welcoming approach. Seemed almost annoyed that we had arrived. Very lack lustre approach to customer service.
