Like most places, there is a presence of homeless in the area but I didn’t feel unsafe. Older hotel but rooms were very nice, decently priced and quiet. Free breakfast was decent, staff at breakfast was efficient with cleaning and refilling containers. Front desk were very welcoming and efficient Would stay here again

Property is in convenient area and walking distance to the Edmonton west mall. It’s tidy and clean, breakfast was not good : French toast was stale and potatoes were not cooked properly, so don’t have high expectations for a good breakfast, there is a Denny’s across the street for better options. All of the cleaning staff were pleasant. we made sure to make up our bed every day before we went out but there was one day we were in rush and left the beds unmade and when we entered the room someone had just threw the covers on the bed, not in a tidy way but literally just in most hap hazard way lol. The guy at check-in was not pleasant and seemed somewhat annoyed by my inquiries, We were also issued 2 key cards and only 1 worked and then that 1 stopped working half way of our trip so I had to ask for another. If you’re looking for an alright place to stay I guess it’s this place, don’t expect exceptional, their slogan is literally “Get your money’s worth”

The hotel itself was very clean & the beds were really comfy. The staff were really friendly & welcoming. The breakfast was really good & so much to choose from. Would definitely stay here again.
