The Matrix was comfortable and clean My stay was short - so tough to judge more than that. My arrival was very late and I was relieved to be greeted by someone at the reception desk at 1:46 am

Nice city centre hotel

Great hotel. Rooms a little dated now but very clean and spacious. Staff on front desk very nice too. Great central location so easy for Uber pick-ups.

Beautiful rooms, very friendly staff that was willing to almost immediately accommodate me when I asked to move rooms when the people staying in the room beside me made me feel unsafe. Food from the loft was good, fantastic crab dip. Very easy access to many different downtown dining options as well! I don't drive, but from what I could see, there was also very easy access to parking which is a bonus for drivers staying at the Matrix. Overall had a very good stay, and I'm looking forward to going back in the future.
