Great stay, will return.

Had an extended stay at the hotel and it was great. The staff are friendly and helpful, the restaurant food was delicious and rooms are nice and clean. The area is close to lots of restaurants and a grocery store which was very convenient. The legislature down the street, my stay included my two dogs which offered a great place to walk around. I would definitely come back.

Staff was fantastic to deal with. We had a booking issue and they took full responsibility and worked to get it rectified. Went above and beyond in that regard. Hotel is clean and beds comfortable.

Platinum Suite - wow

Great location in the center of town, lots of food options nearby. We walked everywhere, only using an Uber once in addition to the airport Uber. The platinum suite was cozy with an active fireplace (in June) plus A/C and two big screen TVs with cable tv - no Chromecast or Netflix to log into :(

the room was nice overall and the property was good from what i saw. We were in a premiere suite and there wasn't any hot water really so that was a bit of a disappointment.

Always a hit

One of our favorite hotels and I usually book direct with the hotel. This time I booked through hotels and I did not receive complimentary parking or breakfast. When I spoke to the front desk, they provided me with complimentary parking but not breakfast. We did receive a room upgrade though so all was not lost.
