Overall stay was lovely, room was comfortable for price. Total cost for 3 nights was reasonable, however Hotel had placed a deposit for incidentals of $200, plus an additional $720 fee, plus an additional fee of $183 on my credit card, for a total of $1100, held on my card for what was a $575 stay. Was told as the charges are pending, they would be credited in a few days and the actual charges applied. This is unacceptable for anyone when traveling to have excessive funds held on anyone's card. I questioned the staff twice about this and was told not to worry about it. I have no issues with leaving a card on file, even having a deposit applied but more than double the cost of the room is unreasonable and will likely not stay with this Hotel chain again.

Beds & pillows were lumpy , short & uncomfortable. Blankets didn't stay on bed had to awake several times adjust. Would’ve appreciated hand soap not body wash at the bathroom sink. Breakfast was great! The Hot tub was scalding. Seems like a waste to run it if know one can get into it.

Great location! Downtown is easily accessible whether by foot or car. Tons of great restaurants around and activities. The rooms are quite spacious and have a lot of amenities that look classy. My only complaint is how rough the towels were.

The complimentary breakfast was awesome! The location was great walking distance to everything we needed! The only issue was homeless at night but that is not in control of the hotel. They did not bother us we did not go outside at dark unaccompanied. We overall enjoyed our stay! Will definitely stay there again! :)

Great stay except for two issues, first registered our car for paid parking but got a ticket, gentleman at front desk was great and apologized for error and said it would be fixed. Second issue, we had a room with balcony that unfortunately had a lot of bird crap on it, not sure when it was cleaned but pretty gross. Also, not that I would have sat on it because of that but there was no chairs or table to use if you did want to sit there. Otherwise great staff and great free breakfast.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel, and I feel compelled to share it so others can avoid the same. When I arrived for check-in, I was told my room wouldn’t be ready for another 2.5 hours. The delay was because hotel management decided to allow late check-outs for an event group that had been staying there for 3 days. That group’s convenience clearly took priority over incoming guests. Because of this mess, I ended up arriving one hour late to The Weeknd concert, which was the main reason for my trip. Other guests were forced to change clothes in the lobby washrooms, making it difficult for anyone to actually use the facilities. It was chaotic, uncomfortable, and unacceptable. To make things worse, hotel staff said they would waive the overnight parking fee to make up for the delay, but that never happened. I wasn’t informed of the charge at checkout, and only discovered it days later when I saw my credit card statement. On top of everything, there was also a toilet flood in one of the rooms that got so bad it required the fire department to respond and blocked off part of the hotel. This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Poor communication, broken promises, and a complete lack of respect for guests’ time. I will never stay here again, and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Tried to access our room the first time, key card did not work. Waited for maintenance to find out the room wasn’t cleaned. Back to front desk. Second room we tried, not cleaned. Back to front desk. Finally got a clean room on third try. Bed was comfy but sheets don’t fit the mattress. Kept falling off and feel like paper. The hallways on floor 2 and 3 are very scruffy. Definitely need a fresh coat of paint. And the hotel fire alarm went off while in the room. Firefighters called. False alarm but still loud and annoying. Signed up for the IHG rewards but will not stay at a Holiday Inn again

I like their breakfast the most. The staff are all great. The bed sheet and towels were all clean. However, the chair inside the room was too old and the hallways smells badly, and around the pool is there is a confined unhealthy air.
