I’ve stayed at many hotels—including other Hiltons—and I’ve never experienced not being able to charge snacks or drinks to my room. After attending a hockey game, we got back to our suite around 11:30 p.m. and realized there was no bottled water provided. (For the record, I find Edmonton tap water pretty unpleasant.) Not only was there no water in the room—when I went downstairs to buy some, I was told I had to pay for it on the spot, despite the fact that my credit card was already on file for the room. That was frustrating enough, but when I returned with my card (which requires a PIN), the staff still wouldn’t let me purchase the water because I didn’t also bring ID. So I had to go back upstairs again—just for two bottles of water. Honestly, I’m not sure when this became the norm, but combined with the rudeness from the night staff, it’s enough to make me seriously reconsider ever staying at a Hampton again.

Spacious room, very comfortable Good breakfast in the morning. Little extras, like a dog little area at the back, coffee and teas at all time, cutlery and plates available as well. I use the gym and was well equipped.

Stayed in the 2 queen suite with friends. 4 of us fit perfect in that room. Its very spacious and has a couch pullout bed too. Would recommend for even a family of 5. The Pool and Hot tub Area was nice and clean. Had a nice fitness centre too. Also had some decent amenities around the hotel. A&W and gas station across the street as well as liqour store, noodle shop and popeyes. Staff was nice and helpful. Would most likely stay here again!
