New staff where unaware of policy's regarding room deposits on prepaid rooms, however it was correct faster than the 3-5 business days I was quoted at checkout. Breakfast buffet was great! Room & hotel was clean, staff was friendly.

The hotel did not meet the expected standards of a Hampton Inn. The hallway carpets were very worn and torn. The arm chairs in the second floor lobby were tattered. The hotel did not answer the phone when I was calling to find out where to pick up the airport shuttle.

Room is dated. Worn furniture and carpet is showing it's age. Have seen a number of other Hampton's in much better shape. Staff were okay. Mentioned to a coffee spill in the one main hallway to morning staff at desk. Response insinuated that cleanup was below them and not that important. Breakfast staff were friendly and attentive.

We have stayed at this Hamptons Inn location several times and normally really enjoy our stay; however, this time we were extremely disappointed in the cleanliness of our room. We understand it’s a pet friendly-hotel but it appeared as though the carpet in our room had not been vacuumed prior to our check-in. There were clumps of fur and loose fur everywhere. When I let the front desk know about it, I was told all of the cleaning staff had already left for the day. We could not change rooms as the hotel was full. They did offer to vacuum the clumps with a shop vac — which was appreciated — but unfortunately not good enough for my daughter with a dog allergy who spent the night wheezing and sneezing. Jason at the front desk was great to deal with; however, I was supposed to get a call from the manager, Miles, on the following Monday but was never contacted. We will not be returning to this hotel in the future.

the room is clean. the flooring could use an upgrade, the bed is a bit box springy, and the pillows are an awful feathered kind - not a good quality. the towels are tiny and crunchy. and the shower curtains are not long enough and you can easily get water leakage...

Room was clean but old… carpet outside the room were old. Service was awesome and breakfast was great. They have waffles with chocolate syrup, Oreos crumbs and such for kids to go with waffles. Overall really good price for the room and it was clean.
