no room service, you have to go to reception for anything, phones not working, plugs were not working, no complimentary things not even a spoon, even if we asked they said we dont have. moreover the staff was rude the receptionists. Overall worst experience. i dobt know what was in their bwdsheets i got rashes all ober my body... not even me , my sister also. washroom was dirty no single thing was perfect not recommended to anybody to go 1 star hotel

Only 1 elevator working on a busy weekend, hallway and elevator was freezing cold, room was old, gringy and not kept to date. No fridge or microwave in the room. Very strong sewer smell in main lobby and hallways theoughout.
