The heat was constantly on and noisy. Throughout the hotel, it smelled terrible. It was a stench of sewage.

Every room should have fridge and microwave. The multi plug, plugins are cheap and will start a fire. There very loose and dont hold well. Should have ungraded lamps with usb plugins or wall usb plugins. There is 4 sleeping spots in a double queen room should have min of 4 full towels and cloths and hand towels. Bigger coffee makers as well. Not enough coffee for 4. We shouldnt have to ask or request this for a room that sleeps 4.

I made an error with my booking and only booked a single bed for myself, my partner and child, the front desk person changed our reservation with no questions asked and no extra fee to ensure we had 2 beds. Great walking distance to Rogers Arena for the Oilers game, and covered parking. Would stay again!

Excellent location for a hockey game. The staff were super friendly and accommodating - THANK YOU. The room was spacious and very clean. Parking was easy if you have a smaller vehicle. Will definitely stay here again for any event downtown.

Beds were hard, toilet didn’t work properly. Front desk gentleman gave us a run around though in the end he worked with me so I’m grateful for that but it was definitely a stressful visit

Hotel is conveniently located, but the rooms are dated and old. Almost no amenities in the hotel. Staff were accommodating and the parking was inexpensive.
