i had a late check in and early check out so wasn’t there long but my room was clean and quiet and the shuttle was there on time and included so was very appreciated

I’ve been travelling for work for awhile now and this is hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. Staying here should be your absolute last resort. The room was like something you would see in a horror movie. Lights flickering and making noise. Door handles falling off. One lamp shade on the other off. Walls are dirty and you can see where the holes have been patched up. Asked for room to be cleaned (day 4) as I would be done all day, this was at 10:00am. When I got back at 8:00pm the room wasn’t touched. Front desk are rude and irritable, cleaning staff look miserable. Terrible place. 0/5

The vending machines is ridiculously expensive. Staff is poor there and they do not serve breakfast, frozen egos and cereal. no fruits. that is not a continental breakfast.

Very dirty, not safe to walk in room and especially bathroom without shoes on, black mold over many of the water marks on ceiling and walls in bathroom. Only 2 flat pillows, no hairdryer, thin linens with no extra blanket in room, no hair dryer, towels were thin and felt like sand paper.

We were not impressed, very poorly maintained , bedding was shoddy, bath towels completely worn out, colour scheme not for us, breakfast was absolute basic, hard to call it a continental breakfast. Tv was almost impossible to fiqure out needed to call the manager to get it started.
