We stayed here during the week. Smooth check-in/out, clean and decent room. Noticed minor stains on curtains and bed linen, but nothing major. Loved the free breakfast! Gym and pool were quiet and clean — often had them to ourselves. Staff were friendly and always greeted us. Housekeeping was helpful when we asked for fresh towels. Overall, a good stay!

Very old hotel, air conditioning didn’t work very well, and was very noisy, beds where soft and bouncy when other person rolled almost nocked you out of bed!!!

Such a beautiful and big hotel but unfortunately lack of staff and maintenance to the property ruins it. Trying to find a front desk agent is like winning the lottery but if they are there-they are good! Elevator was broken, fridge was uneven and teetering, tv is confusing as hell to operate, no sanitizer in ANY of the dispensers around the hotel and I seen a total of 1 cleaning lady during our stay that looked miserable. I think staff investment needs to happen to try to combat all of the bad things going on here.

When we stayed at the Clarion Hotel first the wifi was very poor and considering the television service relied on wifi we couldn't even watch anything due to the buffering. There was also several sports teams and they were allowed to run allover the hotel and even set up three areas to play floor hockey in the lobby making it unsafe to walk through the lobby. The other thing was that the cleaning staff didn't clean our roon when we got back from our day we had to clean the coffeemaker and cups and make up the bed
