Not worth it

The hotel is new but it shows its wear. There is a restaurant on one side of the hotel and each morning at 6am we heard semis being unloaded or garbage trucks emptying bins. There was a gas station with people causing disturbances in the middle of the night on the other side. There is no insulation in between the floors so you can hear everything going on in the suite above you. The bathroom tap was falling off. Not worth the money.

It is nice that it is right across West Edmonton Mall and Jollibee, the only thing is the floor is soooo dirty I wore white socks and they were filthy wearing them inside the room other than that everything is good.

The hotel is very nice and the rooms are exceptional. It's a new hotel, so some quirks are still being worked out. The house keeping staff, I found to be a bit lacking. I was there 4 nights and they only came in once to clean. There definitely needs to be more luggage carts!!! There is only 2 for the whole hotel...so at check out time, it's very difficult to get one.

The shower leaked into the floor tiles in the bathroom and rooms in 306. Got our socks wet outside the bathroom by the bed. Please fix it. Other than that the room was nice and the staff was nice.

Our room was very clean but parts of the common areas of the hotel needed attention. The pillows on our bed were too thick to sleep on. No thinner pillows were available so we purchased 2 at WEM. The ice machine was not working for the 4 days of our stay. The manager addressed our concerns appropriately on check-out.

This property is BRAND NEW!!! Across the street from West Ed Mall. AND has free underground parking AND FREE breakfast!!! We were beyond impressed with our room. Queen and a King bed. Big fridge, microwave and a dishwasher. Beds were very comfortable. And black out blinds so we slept in. We met Kathie, the manager and she gave us lots of tips for our trip. This is the best priced and best value hotel in Edmonton.
