LOFTY'S SHACK - is a lovely new 3 bedroom holiday home located on the outskirts of Edithburgh with only a minutes drive to the centre of town. Accommodates up to a maximum of 7 guests with plenty of room for parking and the boat. Free Wifi available!

Open plan kitchen with large fridge/freezer with water dispenser, electric oven - gas stove top, microwave, Delonghi coffee pod machine (BYO pods), kettle, toaster, dishwasher, dining area with 8 seating table and chairs, childs high chair, living area with large smart TV, DVD player, L shaped lounge, coffee table. Separate sitting area with 1 x 2 seater lounge, 1 single lounge chair, CD player/radio.

Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout.

Main bedroom has a single lounge chair, chest of drawers, walk through wardrobe ensuite with walk-in shower, vanity, w/c. Bedroom 2 has a bassinet, 2 door closet, bedroom 3 has a single chair and 2 door closet, portable bluetooth speaker. Main bathroom with vanity, walk in shower, separate w/c.

Laundry with front loading washing machine, laundry trough, clothes airer.

Rear undercover deck with outdoor setting, hooded 4 burner BBQ with side wok.

Rear gravelled yard with fire pit and bench seats - to be used during winter only - BYO wood.

Fish cleaning facility.

PLEASE NOTE: Boats are not to be washed at the property – you can wash your boat at the caravan park for a minimal cost.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top)

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to take your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Edithburgh has an excellent boat ramp, jetty, tidal swimming pool, playground, golf course, IGA, deli, fuel, cafe, take away, hotel. Only a minute short drive to the beautiful Sultana Point Beach.

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond
