To start with, it's an ideal location for visiting Edinburgh's historic district. With much within walking distance getting to see this beautiful city was easy. The hotel, as an anchor point was ideal. Service levels were, as one would expect from a premium brand, superb. From the concierge and the entire support team, through the front desk staff attending to guests' needs and inquiries, to the staff in the hotel's Eve restaurant, who provided an excellent level of attention. (I can't speak for the other restaurant as we did not have the opportunity to patronise that establishment.) I will gladly return to this hotel in the future.
A very pleasant experience through an unassuming entrance. Smiles all around!

I love Virgin Hotels, The staff are always very accommodating and the room are beautiful. This particular location was a great location, room style, and the hotel itself was decorated beautifully with a nice restaurant and bar.

Amazing hotel we cant falt the staff they were all so very helpfully and friendly. Great location and it made our stay so much better thet everything we wanted to do was a short walk away. Will definitely be going back there again. The only thing that letvit down very slightly was the noise fro a nightclub that was nearby. But everything else was amazing

Balcony had no view. Showed the roof next door. Music until 3 am kept us up. Absolutely unacceptable. Couldn’t get to our room by elevator. Had to walk up two flights of stairs. Due to music disturbing us till that ungodly hour will never stay there again
