We had a one night stay here. The location was easy to get to, just off the A1, and there was plenty of parking. To check in you have to go into the Marstons pub where there is a small reception desk. We checked in and then you go to the seperate accommodation block. There is a large Asda and a very nice garden centre just across from the site. We ate in the pub restaurant which was nice food at a reasonable price. The room was big enough for us and was comfortable. We slept well. Breakfast was back at the pub restaurant. You had to order your cooked choice but the cereal, toast etc was self service. The accommodation is reasonably priced and I would stay here again, mostly due to the convenient location.

The room was clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly and the location is ideal for people en route to somewhare else (shopping, fuel etc). The one drawback is that when the weather is bad (and it wasn't during my stay) you have to walk in the open between the restaurant and the accommodation.

Great location next to main road but only a short walk into Dunbar. Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value food deals with extensive menu. Great breakfast. First time at a Marstons Inn but will definitely use them again.

Very friendly staff in pub next door, although ecerything from the Scottish breakfast was out of stock. Room was clean, good shower, but couldnt watch tv, or even listen to the radio, as the it kept losing connection every few minutes. Personally i do not like having to check in at the pub next door, no reception at hotel, when you need extra tea or toilet roll you have to ask at the pub not ideal.

Understaffed in the restaurant. Only one staff member during breakfast. Cassie was excellent but should have had support. Very impressed with Cassie. Pleasant and polite despite being under enormous pressure.

Good set up.

It was clean. Its not high end luxury but it is functional, nicely located, warm welcome and just a good all round set up for a reasonable price. Decent breakfast too.

The staff were very helpful and polite. The bathroom was in need of a good clean around the soap dispenser over the bath. The extractor fan didn't work and everything was very condensed. Somewhere to dry the towels would be good.

Very easy to check-in. Hotel well placed for the main north/south route. Handy for a short walk into the town. Although next to ASDA , the area was relatively quiet. Restaurant attached offers a good menu, including a choice for breakfast. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.
