Our three level, spacious townhouse offers comfortable accommodation with seven bedrooms, six with a double bed, plus extra beds, can cope with 18 guests comfortably, so ideal for couples, individuals, families and groups.
You enter the ground floor through the front garden, with 2 bedrooms, a lovely, large dining room and bathroom on ground level.
The first floor has three bedrooms. an elegant living room with a Bluthner boudoir grand, and a full shower room. The basement has 2 bedrooms, a full shower room, kitchen and kitchen-laundry.
There is front garden and back patio.
The 7 bedrooms and a box bedroom give lots of flexible, sleeping accommodation.
The house has mainly antique furniture and some nice works of art.

Property is not quite so smart as pictured - everything was clean and neat but somewhat shabby. The tiny kitchen was a drawback for a party of 16 people, as was having the dining room one floor up, and during our stay the kitchen stove was not working. However Peter the host was wonderful, could not have been more helpful, and very kindly let us park in the driveway of his home. Great area for eating out, easy to get to town centre, Tesco, Botanics. Overall good value for a large group.

Great location.
This property was in a very good location. The living room and dining room were very nice. The kitchen was small and some of the basement rooms did not have a window.

Large Group stay
Recently travelled through Edinburgh with a group of 7 adults and 1 child.
House is fantastic with so much space, bathrooms on each level and in a fantastic convenient location.
Peter was lovely to deal with from the start of the booking process right through until we arrived.
Would highly recommend to anyone with a large group.

Wonderful!
Peter is an amazing host, he met us at his rental and gave us a tour. His home is clean and spacious, full of history and loads of charm. It is in a perfect location to just get our on foot and take in Edinburgh. We really enjoyed our stay!
