We went to Edinburgh Playhouse and shopping and location was perfect. Reana at check in was lovely and super helpful. We had evening meal, Tuesday was great and the food was lovely.
Staff were great. Very helpful and friendly. Hot breakfast was lovely and great quality bacon.
Hotel was in a great location, and next to the Playhouse Theatre, so we booked tickets for Moulin Rouge which was brilliant.
We were given 40% discount via an email the day before arrival for the car park, which was 2 minutes away.
The only thing we’d change would be the beds, they were very soft
The hotel’s location is in the center of the city where you can always get public transportation. Restaurant is great and hotel staffs are very helpful!
Lovely hotel and in a good location for old town, etc. Room is good size and clean, bed comfortable. The only thing was the air condition did not work properly, it struggled to cool the room down, but we were able to open the window which helped. Very helpful and friendly staff.
The staff were friendly efficient and polite. The building is on a hill so ground floor is on 5th level. Very confusing. Breakfast was very high quality with a good selection
