Perfect location

The location of the hotel was perfect for us, close to the train station and next door to the theatre. The hotel was very nice , clean and tastefully decorated, staff were all very friendly, attentive helpful, breakfast was plentiful and good quality. The beds however were extremely uncomfortable, there was mattress toppers on them which were uneven and lumpy.

Perfect stay

Staff were amazingly helpful. We had a car breakdown en route and were allowed to check in early to run back down the m8 to save them. Hotel is beautiful. Comfortable, well equipped, and conveniently located. Beds and pillows are so comfy, shower works well and the room was spacious. I have not one single complaint.

Super location, close to a tram stop and a short walk to the main train station. You can get a tram from the airport that takes about 40 minutes and stops a few metres from the hotel. Friendly helpful staff.

The hotel is lovely but we were woken through the night on various occasions with a door opening and shutting next door which was marked staff.
