Nice house but had a couple of things that were an inconvenience and some of the amenities did not work. The major inconvenience was the AC unit, which was leaking water and caused 2 of my family members to slip. The leak seemed to have already been an issue due to the fact that a bowl was found upon further inspection when the first person slipped. The process of emptying the bowl and cleaning up the overflow was another inconvenience of itself as it interfered with our itinerary and required constant supervision. One of the beds broke on the second night and the jacuzzi in the master bed room did not function at all. There was also some property damage and lack of housekeeping upon our arrival.

Great stay with family

Overall, this is a great house for multiple families and we would stay here again and recommend to others -Check in was a little frustrating, as details were not sent ahead of time, so I sent a message since we were traveling and I couldn’t monitor my messages the full time. Carlos replied they send check-in info at 12 - but we still didn’t receive it until an hour or two later when I messaged again requesting it. And then - it turned out to be info for a different property. But Carlos was responsive and it got sorted out promptly - the rest of the weekend was smooth.Pros:-great space and amenities esp. for multi generational families staying there -clean -easy to park and garage/driveway for parking -a lot of swim toys/floats for pool use -provided a few bottles of waters, k-cups, snacks Could be better:-not a lot of pots/pans for cooking; there were 2-3 pans but not a good skillet -no big mixing or preparation bowls-Keurig instead of a coffee maker (we are coffee drinkers)-check out is at 1100, but a pool guy showed up before 0900 with no warning from anyone to let us know - we just saw him in the backyard -the French doors that lead to the pool area do not secure wellAgain, overall wonderful stay to fit in family time with relatives that live near by
