Came to our room after a birthday party and there was a truck near the electric car charging station with the doors open and very loud music. I thought surely someone must have already complained. It got to be about 12:30 am and the music was still on, and we had had enough. I called the front desk and a young girl answered and said she would ask him to turn it down. I told her this loud music should’ve never been going on for hours and she just said I just came in and I’ve been taking care of other things. That should’ve been the first thing she should’ve taken care of. And if there was someone before her, they should’ve taken care of it hours before we called.

I loved it all!! The only downpart was the tv remote not being able to control the tv at all. The only thing i was able to do with the remote was turn the tv and change the volume but it wouldnt let me put a channel or go on netflix or anything like that. Other than that, everything was perfect!
