An incredibly large luxury holiday home that is suitable for both large families and several families.

The house is modern in its architecture, furnishings and equipment. It is equipped with five bedrooms and a sleeping alcove. In addition, there is a large sleeping loft, so there is good sleeping accommodation for up to 14 people.

The house is extensively furnished, including a hobby room with table football, table tennis and darts. There are also plenty of outdoor activities for children and adults; the children can have fun on the grassy area while the adults relax in the outdoor hot tub.

In the patio area of the house there is a covered terrace where you can sit out until late in the evening.

The house is located in a newly designated area, a 10-minute walk from the beach and just a five-minute drive from the town of Ebeltoft. Experience the nature reserve with the Molsbjerge National Park, cycling and mountain bike trails and good coasts for kitesurfing. There may be construction noise as the house is located in a newly designated area for holiday homes. No lawn will be available on the property until early September 2020.
