Handrup beach is especially suitable for families with children, as the water here is very shallow and the water temperature is slightly higher than at other beaches due to the shallow depth. The area around Ebeltoft offers many beautiful places to visit, including the frigate Jylland, cobbled streets or small stores, cafes and gourmet restaurants in Ebeltoft, as well as the National Park Mols Bjerge, a huge nature area.



In Djursland there are child-friendly beaches, idyllic villages, the atmosphere of a big city and many attractions: Ree Park, Munkholm Zoo, Skandinavisk Dyrepark, Kattegatcenter, Frigate Jylland, Randers Regnskov, Djurs Sommerland, Lübker Golf, Mols Bjerge National Park, Gl. Estrup Manor Museum and the beautiful town of Grenaa.
