This 32m² studio is ideally located in the heart of the Gourette resort, on the 6th floor of a residence with elevator.
The living room consists of a BZ sofa bed for two people, a television and a dining area. You also have access to the balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains.
The kitchenette is equipped with an electric stove (oven + 4 electric hotplates), microwave, mini oven, TOP refrigerator, electric coffee maker, toaster.
In the entrance hallway, you will find a closed alcove with four bunk beds (90x190) as well as a bathroom with separate toilet.
Pets not allowed.

Access to the central terrace of the esplanade du valentin will be prohibited (covered parking works). Access to the residence entrances and shops is possible thanks to a traffic lane.
