So, get ready to relax in this 5-bedroom house in Dowagiac. This wonderful property boasts 1 king bed, 1 full bed, 2 bunk beds, and 1 twin bed, perfect for families or groups of friends. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a hair dryer, washing machine, and WiFi. Experience the magic of Dowagiac at our house.
This property consists of 330 acres of which about 275 are wilderness. There are paths, trails, and a pristine 35 acre lake with a beach.
Rules for your stay at The Sanctuary:
Park in designated BH1 parking only.
No loud music after 10pm and please avoid being rowdy as to avoid disrupting other guests.
Smoking and vaping is allowed OUTSIDE only.
No campfires except in the firepit provided at your accommodations.
No glass outdoors or near the beach.
Fishing is allowed with proper licenses and is only catch and release.
For walking; stay on trails or roads except for those marked no trespassing. Sanctuary at The Barn is not responsible or liable for accidents or injury.
Children must be supervised at all times while outdoors.
If you go exploring please do not enter other buildings.
Do not drive on roads except from the entrance to your accommodations. No off-roading. Bicycles are okay.
At the Beach:
- No lifeguard on duty so swim at your own risk.
- Children should be supervised at all times.
- NO diving!
- Sanctuary at The Barn is not responsible or liable for accident or injury while swimming or beach use.
- No motorized watercraft.
- Appropriate life vests must be worn by all participants of any non-motorized watercraft (kayak’s, canoe’s, paddle boards).
