Water equipment includes kayaks paddle boards and life jackets sized for adults and children. Calm water near the dock makes it easy to launch directly from the property.
The main level includes an open living area and a fully equipped kitchen arranged for everyday meals. A primary bedroom on this level features a king bed and private bath. Upper level bedrooms also include king beds with convenient access to a full bath.
The lower level is the ultimate gathering space with a pool table arcade games, kitchenette, TV, table and seating. A separate bunk room on this level provides additional sleeping with multiple twin beds and a nearby full bath.
Outdoor living includes massive upper and lower decks with plenty of seating as well as outdoor dining and large propane grill. These spaces connect to the main living area and overlook the water and surrounding trees.
Located minutes from a nearby public boat ramp the home provides access to broader Lake Oconee channels and nearby marinas while maintaining a calm shoreline setting.
This property welcomes pets! Please note that there is an additional $200 pet fee for bringing your furry friends.
Quiet Time 9:00pm til 8:00am - All of our sweet neighbors live here full time and are retired.
NO CONFETTI inside or outside - an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged if found
NO MOVING furniture - a fee of $200 with be charged.

No outside speakers - sound really travels in the cove.
Please do not trespass onto our neighbors properties. Stay on the sodded lawn and do not go past the fire pit or cross the lake or creek to our neighbors land.
Park ONLY on the driveway. Do not park on the street or off of the driveway at anytime.
No more than 5 cars allowed in driveway.
No parking off the street or in the grass.
If boating or jet skiing please note the entire cove is a no wake zone. Please be respectful. Only 1 docked boat allowed.
No smoking anything in the house.
No Fireworks on the property EVER
No events, parties, gatherings of more than 12 guest total on property at ANYTIME.
No diving off the dock - its only 4-5ft deep off the dock.

We do monitor our ring outdoor cameras.

We do enforce our house rules and you will be asked to leave without refund if our house rules are not followed.

Guests are required to sign an off-platform rental agreement, which includes a copy of the county ordinance. You must be able to present the signed agreement and ordinance to any county officer upon request.

Occupant is obligated to abide by all of the requirements of the Putnam County ordinances, state and federal and such a violation of any of these rules in the immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the premises, as well as potential liability for the payment of fines levied.
