Convenient and clean

Nice chalet, easy access, easy parking. Good sized room. Lighting could have been cosier but overall definitely recommend

Couldn’t park within a mile of the place - it was a sunny day and the car park was packed. When I eventually got in the property I was told there was no record of my booking - no signal to show booking on phone. Hotel then took the booking fee out of my bank account the following day - angry and frustrated is not the word! I will obviously not be back here

Excellent!

Booked myself and my black Labrador in for 3 nights. Spacious room, nice decor and very clean. Comfy bed with plenty of pillows. The full English breakfast was spot on with good quality items. (Thank you Ben). All the staff were engaging and very helpful. Great value for money! Would highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again should I be down that way again.

Wrong room booked by hotels.com. Staff on arrival unhelpful. Room has a badly stained sofa, dirty en suite floor. The room was in need of cleaning and a little tlc eg the paint on the head board was VERY scratched.
