The property and staff exceeded our expectations. The included breakfast was really good. If we make it back the Rapa Nui (Easter Island), we would want to stay here again. Be sure to have WhatsApp installed on your phone. This is the standard way to communicate with everyone on the island.
The owner, Odette contacted us to confirm our arrival flight and met us at the airport with a van. The property was a little out of the way, but worth the hike or ride. She gave us contact info for locals we could call for rides. About $6 to anywhere in town. We used them a few times and hiked back once, along the ocean.
We had room 4 on the second floor, corner. It had a nice ocean view and a huge balcony deck and a wonderful tradewind cross breeze, which saved us. One day the power went out island wide, until well into the evening. Our room was comfortable and we got to do some star gazing.
