The room had dead bugs all over it and tge shower curtain had mold on it. There was old food in the fridge abd the staff was rude.

I don't understand the business model of this chain. It is obviously competing with other extended-stay chains like Residence Inn and Home2, but with kitchen cabinets and drawers that are empty. No cookware, no utensils, but they sell them in the lobby. How thoughtful. Also no consideration given to people who like to read at night. The lamp next to the bed does not provide enough light and there is no light above or next to the big chair. The property is located in an industrial area far removed from restaurants and shopping, and there is almost never anyone at the desk Otherwise it was fine.

Our room had a kitchenette but no tableware....it would have been nice to have some cups/plates/silverware. I'm glad we brought our own but we usually do when traveling by car. Another hotel in the same area does have some tableware in its kitchenette rooms.
