The complex consists of 24 spacious, independent bungalows, each 46 m², along with a main building. The main building includes a reception, a lounge with TV, a bar, and a large terrace where guests can enjoy breakfast and drinks while taking in panoramic views of the bay and beach.

Access to the fenced complex is possible through a gate from either the beach or the east side. The bungalows’ architectural style is inspired by the castle houses of Mani, creating a distinctive and inviting atmosphere.

The bungalows are connected by narrow footpaths lined with flowerbeds and trees, and each bungalow has its own courtyard with views of the deep blue sea. The complex provides ample space for children to play, and the owner’s friendliness and attentiveness ensure a memorable stay.
24 bungalows (2 people + 2 children): Bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm) or a double bed (160 x 200 cm), large living room (children can sleep on 2 folding armchairs (70 x 190 cm)) with integrated kitchenette (2-burner stove) and shower/WC. The kitchenette, with basic equipment, is only suitable for preparing small meals! A bungalow with 2 single beds in the bedroom is available for rent.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is reliably accessible throughout the property.

Each unit features outdoor spaces including a patio, balcony, or terrace with appropriate outdoor furniture, offering views of the sea and surrounding garden areas. The entire bungalow is situated on the ground floor, enhancing accessibility.

The bungalow is located in Mavrovouni, a peaceful coastal village just 2 km south of Gythio. The setting combines countryside calm with proximity to everything you might need — three tavernas and a snack bar are about 300 m away, a small supermarket 400 m, and a bakery and larger supermarket around 600 m.

Mavrovouni Beach is known for its soft sand, clear water, and relaxed atmosphere. A surf school and beach bar are nearby, while the region of Mani offers scenic drives, Byzantine towers, and charming seaside villages.
Most visitors arrive by car, as it allows easy access to nearby sights such as Gythio (5 min), Areopoli (30 min), or the Diros Caves (40 min).
A local bus stop is located about 600 m away, with routes to Gythio and neighboring villages. Free on-site parking is available for guests.
