Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
The front door key is located in a lockbox to the right at the top of the MAIN STAIRWAY that faces the street, under the end of the rail. In front of Hi sign.
Check-Out:
After your Check-out return the door key to the same lockbox after locking the door behind you when you leave. It's a single door key, so make sure it's placed back safely in the lockbox.
Water House is currently shut off. To turn it back on, simply open the MAIN valve located next to the house — it’s an easy step. Turn the water off/on using the red PVC ball valve”

We enjoyed staying at this Eagle Lake home, situated conveniently south of Winter Haven. The home was clean and comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed the cozy TV room. We slept well on the plush king size bed in the primary bedroom, and the two bathrooms contain showers and plenty of room for a couple or family looking for a week in the Florida sun. The only downside of the location is that the home is located close to a high school and traffic can get a little noisy in the morning. Our host was very responsive. We had a very pleasant stay at this property.

Host was very quick to respond. Home was clean and very comfortable. We arrived late at night but it was easy entering. We stayed in late December and the pool although not heated, looked so clean and inviting that we took a couple plunges. This is a recent flip so everything in the home is new. As a new rental, the kitchen doesn't have a huge selection of spices yet, but it is well enough equipped to cook most things. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and there's a couple of restaurants at the end of the street and its just 10 minutes to downtown Winterhaven. We will definitely return for our next visit.
