During my stay, I was informed by your front desk staff that there was no heating available during the summer season, despite the fact that the outside temperature at night was uncomfortably cold. As a result, my room was not adequately heated, and I experienced significant discomfort. I have a recorded video of the front desk confirming that no heat was provided, which clearly shows that the issue was not due to misuse on my part but rather a hotel policy or equipment restriction. This is unacceptable for a property that advertises comfortable accommodations, as guests should reasonably expect basic climate control regardless of the season. Given the circumstances, I am requesting a full refund for my stay. Please confirm how and when this refund will be processed. I trust that you will handle this matter promptly and ensure that future guests do not face similar issues.

Airport shuttle was a huge help and the front desk staff was excellent. Dining options during mid day did not exist other than room service. We went to the bar area and waited 15 minutes for service to no avail. We eventually had to Uber out to find a place for an early dinner.

Spacious rooms and fairly quiet (you can hear some traffic from highway if your room faces in that direction, but is not overwhelming in any way). Very close to airport with shuttle service available. Be aware that shuttle can be too full for additional passengers, we ended up taking a taxi, however the staff efficiently arranged for this. Great breakfast options and seating area. Traveling with a small dog was very easy at this location. Overall an excellent experience.

The common. areas were relatively clean. There was no bath gel in the shower and the shower door lacked a tight seal. In addition, the breakfast buffet, while historically was excellent, left a lot to be desired. The scrambled eggs were cold and well as some other items.
