Check-in Mgr, Josh, very cordial and expedient. Room was very attractive, and intelligently appointed, lots of natural light giving the room an airy feeling. In selecting this place via expedia our impressions when we arrived accurately matched the advertised photos.

They were remodeling most of the hotel, and no breakfast is offered. The rooms are just a bed, as no bench/chair in the room. Was a little pricey for what was offered.

Not as advertised- beware

The photos did not represent tv real hotel. It is a complete construction mess with only a couple of rooms completed. The bed was very uncomfortable when I sat on. We left and didn’t even stay. We lost our payment as we had prepaid base off what we saw online .very disappointing

We had a great experience. The property is having some construction which eventually will be awesome. The town of Durango is really cool. The gentleman that checked us in recommended a dinner spot and we loved it, that was also very helpful. I would stay at this hotel again if I’m in Durango.

Super friendly staff when checking in and out. The room was nice. It was spacious, but also had a quaint, comfortable feel. My only complaint was that there were renovations being done on the property and they started at 8am, so I wasn't able to sleep in. But that's it. Everything else was great!

Although its pretty torn up from remodel construction, it never got in my way or was an issue. Great spot to stay. Its on the mountain end of town so its 20 mins closer to snow than the other end

Updated rooms at a reasonable price

The staff was very friendly & accommodating. I booked a room daily due to a vehicle breakdown. The inn was still under renovation but the updated rooms were done well. All new furnishings & decor. A bit noisy due to the construction underway but just a basic room with a microwave, fridge, coffee, and flatscreen tv with Hulu streaming at a reasonable price.
