Multiple dishes and silverware had been put back into cabinets with massive amounts of food debris all over them. We had to prewash every dish, glass, spoon, fork, etc before use.Have photos

Good location, close to the moutain

Condo was in a good location, about a mile from Purgatory resort. About 30 min from Durango. Condo was clean and good condition. I wish it had humidifiers it gets very dry at altitude and heating.

Purgatory/ Durango 2bd/2bath condo

2 bed (twin beds and full) 2 bath condo - one minute from Purgatory, which was perfect for us. We came to ski so location was great. We like to make our own meals, but if you like dining out, Durango is a half hour away. We did check out The Nugget (the closest restaurant/bar) the first evening and food truck attached to the bar had pretty good sliders and fries. The hot tub was nice after skiing and was not very busy. Overall, great experience here.

Cozy condo near the slopes

Great place for family with the friendliest neighbors. Condo was less than a mile from the slopes. Clean and well stocked, it provided a cozy place for our family to spend time in the area.

More information should be provided about the location of wood for fireplace. Downstairs neighbor very rude about use of wood below staircase and directed me to take wood from other units. Limited towels. A snow shovel would have been helpful for clearing stairs and digging out car.
