Purgatory ski resort and the majestic San Juan mountains are 40 minutes away. The front yard is fenced in and provides much privacy. When entering, the open floor plan allows for comfortable modern living. The 2 sofas face the gas fireplace and TV. There is a small corner nook that can be used as an office. The 2 bedrooms with king beds have ensuite bathrooms with oversized showers. The master bedroom has a walk in closet. The open kitchen has everything you may need to cook your gourmet meals. Past the kitchen is a mud room with full sized washer and dryer, leading to the fenced in back yard with a large gas grill. Downstairs, below grade, is a lovely, inviting wine cellar - which stays cool at all times, guaranteeing your wines stay at perfect temperature! For anyone who wants to live and spend time in a home, this is the one for you. Since it is a rather small house, we recommend it mainly for couples. It is not ideal for children.
