Situated in well sought after suburb of Roslyn, our accommodation is an easy stroll to the Roslyn hub where there is a supermarket and multiple shops and eateries. Reasonably handy also to Moana Pool.

The entire space is your own, with no shared areas.

1 car park is available in for a medium sized vehicle in a car port - maneuvering in can be a little tricky.
There is typically additional free street parking available down the 1-way street, just by the property.
There are a couple of steps down from the carpark area to the house, and another step from the entry area into the main house, however other than this the property is all on one level.

As soon as you enter this home you'll feel it's charm as you navigate through the airy, light entryway and into the main house. 2 huge bedrooms come off either side, and access to the open plan kitchen / dining / living area is further down the hall. A third bedroom and family bathroom come off this area, and there is a small deck overlooking some great views just beyond the lounge.

A heat pump and gas fire heat this space, with an additional heat pump in each of the two double bedrooms and an electric heater in the single bedroom.

Handy to multiple public bus routes that head into town (bus stop is 350m from the property).

Exceeded expectations

This home was absolutely beautiful! A perfect mix of historic & modern, it was even better in person. Plenty of space in a convenient location. The parking is a bit tricky but not bad once you get the hang of it. We're traveling with our 3 year old who was super excited to find toys & books to play with & read - honestly a great surprise for all of us! Communication was clear and timely. Would love to stay at this location again in the future!
