Enjoy this cozy stay in a luxury new, modern, Smoke-Free, well located Studio/Guest House, with private entrance for your complete privacy; we are at the heart of the Polk County Lakes Region, 3 minutes away from Port 27, 10 minutes away from Legoland, 40 minutes out from the major Parks and one our away from Bush Garden Tampa. One bedroom, living room with kitchenette, one bathroom with bathtub, please be aware that this bathtub may not be suitable for individuals with mobility limitations or disabilities. Features all the basic amenities of a hotel room with the feeling of home (No Stove). Is a quiet and comfy guest house separated by a door from the rest of the house.
