THE SPACE / LAYOUT

Freshly renovated and styled with new furniture throughout, the home offers four comfortable bedrooms. Two feature queen beds, the third two singles, and there’s a dedicated kids’ room (bedroom 4) with a single bed, double bed and futon for added flexibility.



DOWNSTAIRS

The rumpus room provides endless family fun with a table tennis table, TV, and a great selection of games.

UPSTAIRS

Light-filled open-plan living space flows onto a charming front veranda perfect for morning coffee while the rear entertaining deck captures water views and refreshing north-east breezes. The living area is equipped with air conditioning, and all bedrooms include ceiling fans to ensure year-round comfort. Bedroom 1,2 and 3 located upstairs with bathroom.
