This hotel looked small but we liked it. The room was good. The facilities in the room were good. Though we did not use it, the pool looked good. Kids liked it. Good location. Breakfast options were limited. Overall it was safe and clean.

Not bad

Large room with comfy bed and plenty of space. Nice charging stations in room. Small shower, noise from hall, skimpy breakfast, and a little worse for wear. Fine for a stay of 15 hours.

The hotel is lovely and so was the night time front desk clerk. I was however aggravated in the morning when the front desk clerk came banging on my door an hour before checkout to see if I was still there. I had a Do Not Disturb sign on the door for a reason. I can understand checking 5 to 10 mins before checkout time if a guest is still in there but an hour before is not acceptable. I'd been on the road for 2 days and driven a total of 25 hrs and was exhausted and planned to rest until the very last minute. (I left my room at 11:58am). I believe if a guest has a DND sign on the door then don't disturb them!

It was clean and staff was great. Breakfast was non existant couple bagel choices. The AC was not good room was very humid clothes were moist when u woke up from the wet air in room. But if that was fixed would have been great. Pillows were amazing.

Great stay!

We were a little reluctant because we had never heard of Spark, but figured we couldn’t go wrong with a Hilton property. So glad we took the chance and booked! Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was immaculate. Comfortable bed with quality linens and comfy pillows. Spacious shower and bathroom as well.

The stay got off to a bad start. The desk staff does not sit at the front desk, as is the common practice at other hotels. Instead, the staff apparently hides behind a partition behind the front desk, unseen by anyone who walks into the lobby. Maybe the clerks there are monitoring security camera views of various parts of the hotel, and supposedly watching for someone to walk up to the front desk and need assistance. Not likely, though. Probably they are scrolling through social media posts on their phones and not paying attention to the lobby. When we arrived, I waited 5 to 10 minutes for someone to appear at the front desk. Finally, a maintenance man who seemed familiar with this front-desk arrangement called out to the night clerk, who finally arrived and was apologetic. The apology rang hollow, though, because while I was waiting a couple who had checked in earlier walked by in the lobby and told me they, too, had waited a long time. Another couple volunteered to call the front desk from their room on my behalf. In the morning I never saw a clerk at the front desk when I went to eat breakfast. This "system" appears designed to avoid "bothering" the staff with questions or requests from the guests. The breakfast was disappointing, as a reviewer warned. There is no traditional eggs and sausage, which would bother some people but not me, because I avoid fatty food. But the best bagels -- cinnamon raisin -- were gone. There is no coffee and lukewarm "hot" water for oatmeal.

One of the best beds I’ve slept in!! Clean as possible! Loved white sheets and bedding!! If I owned it, the only thing I would do is add Kleenex to each room!! Wonderful place to stay and we are going to stay there again on our way home!!!
