The pool/hot tub area had an extremely strong odor of chlorine, that our eyes burned so much that our time was quite limited and there is no ventilation in that area. The sidewalks and surrounding areas were slippery, and not well lit. There was hair on the pillows that was not ours.

Our room was very nice and spacious with a beautiful view of the lake. Very nice amenities but no bar or restaurant on site. The other disappointment was they dont have a shuttle to surrounding restaurants or businesses, only to Bentleyville.

Room and amenities were great. We received an upgraded lake view room which was awesome. Breakfast was good as always. The only negative was the pool. The chlorine or chemical smell in the pool was extremely strong. Some of us were coughing from it and also it was burning eyes. Don’t know if this was a fluke or what. We told the front desk staff about it but it was a little concerning.
