Vriendelijke personeel,schone kamer. Jammer dat ik 3 keer moest vragen achter een babybed terwijl dit op men verzoek stond. En gekregen maar hotel had geen bedlinnen voor babybed.Mischien aankopen voor toekomstige vraag.Kamer werd aleen verschoond na verzoek vond ik wel een minpunt als je lang verblijft. Airco/verwarming in kamer maakte enorm Veel lawaai,zeker defect. Algemeen zeker een goed hotel en we komen in de toekomst terug

Wir waren am ersten Tag nach der Eröffnung GĂ€ste in diesem Hotel und gehörten somit zu den ersten ÜbernachtungsgĂ€sten. Leider verlief der Check-in sehr holprig. Wir gerieten zunĂ€chst an eine Rezeptionistin, bei der man den Eindruck hatte, dass Kundenfreundlichkeit nicht oberste PrioritĂ€t hatte. Zuerst wurde uns ein Zimmer zugewiesen, in dem wir beim Betreten von einem schlafenden, nackten Gast ĂŒberrascht wurden – eine Ă€ußerst unangenehme Situation. Das zweite Zimmer entsprach ebenfalls nicht unserer Buchung: Statt eines vorbereiteten Vierbettzimmers erhielten wir ein nicht gemachtes Zweibettzimmer. Erst beim dritten Versuch bekamen wir schließlich das gebuchte Zimmer. Der gesamte Check-in dauerte dadurch ĂŒber eine Stunde. ZusĂ€tzlich waren wir ĂŒberrascht, dass die TV-GerĂ€te in einem neu eröffneten Hotel keine Smart-TV-Funktionen wie YouTube oder Netflix boten, was wir als enttĂ€uschend empfanden. Auch die fehlende Abluft im Badezimmer, wodurch keine ausreichende AbfĂŒhrung der Feuchtigkeit möglich war, erschien uns unpraktisch und ungewöhnlich. Am nĂ€chsten Morgen zeigte sich jedoch ein deutlich positiveres Bild. Es war anderes Personal anwesend, das sehr freundlich und engagiert war. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war gut, wurde zĂŒgig nachgefĂŒllt und auf WĂŒnsche wurde eingegangen. Der Check-out verlief problemlos und wurde von einem sehr zuvorkommenden Rezeptionisten durchgefĂŒhrt. Insgesamt war der Hotelstart mit deutlichen Anlaufschwierigkeiten verbunden. Man kann hoffen das es besser wird.
