Bis auf ein paar Schönheitsfehler top!

Kleine nette Wohnung in Duisburg, die Gastgeberin war sehr nett. Der Preis ist auch sehr gut, dafür sind aber kleine Beschädigungen wie zb durchgebrochene, aber funktionierende Steckdosen. Wem das nichts ausmacht wird die Wohnung sicher so gut gefallen wie uns, gerne wieder!

Unter unseren Erwartungen

Der im Inserat in den Leistungen angegebene private Parkplatz wurde uns nicht zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Parksituation auf den öffentlichen Parkflächen zog weitere Fußwege nach sich. Das Mobiliar der Wohnung war teilweise abweichend von den Fotos im Inserat. Der allgemeine Pflegezustand blieb in dieser Preiskategorie unter unseren Erwartungen. Wir würden diese Wohnung nicht erneut buchen.
