Ideal location

Lovely loft conversion in old town, very accessible to local lake area and mountains for walking and cycling. Well equipped apartment- very hot in summer and great having balcony area and easy access to wonderful swimming in lake.

Comfortable apartment, great location and excellent host.

The apartment was very spacious for two adults and a child, and easily manageable, with a very useful terrace. Short distance to a very good boulangerie, OK supermarket and lakeside. Also close to good hiking terrain. Eric and his contact man Jean Claude were very amenable and easy-going. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Appartement ambiance chalet ultra chaleureux , tres bien situé ( calme , facile a se garer et vue fantastique sans le cote urbain du lac).Tres bien équipé, pratique avec un bébé ( non marcheur ). Eric et brigitte sont très disponibles. On recommande !

Duplex confortable et parfaitement équipé. Point de départ de randonnées à 50 m. Accueil bien organisé. Inconvénient unique: escaliers assez raides et ne peut donc convenir aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Mais à cette exception près, tout était parfait!

Tolle Lage am See, kleiner Supermarkt und ein fantastischer Bäcker mit Eisdiele sind fußläufig fix erreichbar! Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit, antwortet sehr schnell und die Wohnung ist sehr praktisch, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts! Waschmaschine in der Wohnung, Küchenausstattung komplett, kleine Terrasse mit Seeblick. Wir kommen (hoffentlich!) wieder!

Super Urlaub

Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet und liegt sehr günstig. Man ist schnell beim Bäcker oder Supermarkt, am Strand, an der Bushaltestelle und auf dem Radweg. Die Kommunikation mit Eric klappte problemlos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der super ausgestatteten, wunderbaren Wohnung. In der großen Küche haben wir für die ganze Familie viel gekocht. In ein paar Minuten waren wir beim Kletterfelsen oder 100m weiter im See :) in der gemütlichen Wohnung haben wir uns wie zuhause gefühlt! Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit

Le logement super bien équipé est situé en plein cœur du vieux village qui est magnifique. On accède à la plus belle plage du coin car ombragée avec de l’herbe, au pieds du château en 3 min à pieds. Boulangerie excellente bar branché pas trop loin… bus gratuit pour Annecy vraiment tout près… bref

Super séjour dans un appartement atypique

Appartement atypique avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un très bon séjour.Très bien situé au calme et à proximité à pieds des commerces (boulangerie, supérette, papeterie, tabac, marché le vendredi soir, restaurants), du lac (plage, location de bateaux, pédalo, paddle , piste cyclable qui fait tout le tour du lac, location de vélos, etc.). Propriétaire très disponible. Nous recommandons vivement cette location dans une superbe région.

Ruhiges Haus mit schöner Aussicht

Das Haus liegt direkt am Radweg unweit vom Bäcker und einem kleinen Supermarkt. Sehr ruhig mit schöner Terrasse. Der perfekte Startpunkt für Wanderungen, Sport und Baden.

Schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage

Schön eingerichtete Wohnung, zentral gelegen: Bäckerei, Strand, Ausleihe für Wassersport, Hafen, Bushaltestelle, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Man braucht vor Ort eigentlich kein Auto. Für uns, Familie mit 2 Kindern, perfekt.

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir haben zwei Urlaubswochen in dieser schönen und geschmackvollen Wohnung verbracht. Hier stimmt einfach alles: Lage, Einrichtung, Ausstattung. Sehr angenehm war auch die Kommunikation mit Herrn Bernhardt, der stets ausgesprochen freundlich und entgegenkommend war. Duingt ist wunderhübsch und bietet alles für einen erholsamen Urlaub (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Badestelle, Strandbad). Dank des kostenlosen Bussystems von Annecy könnten wir auf den Mietwagen verzichten und waren trotzdem mobil. Alles in allem der perfekte Urlaub am schönsten Ort am Lac d'Annecy - wir möchten gerne wiederkommen.
