Apartment is situated in a very quite and green area near the river Ombla. In a small and peaceful village Rožat only 15 minute drive from the Old City Dubrovnik, with a view on Dubrovnik ACI Marina and Rijeka Dubrovačka bay.

If you want to enjoy Dubrovnik but escape the hustle and bustle of the Old Town - this is the place to stay !!!

Dubrovnik ACI Marina is just a 10 minutes walking. Few restaurants and grocery store are in a 100 meters from the house. Parking is in a front of building. Bus station to Old town is just a two minute walking.

Beautiful area just outside the busy, actually TOO BUSY city center of Dubrovnik, on its western entrance in a Fjord-called Rijeka Dubrovačka which is historically known for leisure, summer living and is famous for renaissance summer residences.

Very nice journey in Dubrovnik

Paulina is a very nice person who gave us many heplful information. I fully recommand this accomodation, very nice and accurate for a 4-people family.
