Apartment "Du-Art" is located in quiet part of Dubrovnik center called Gorica St.Blaise at the edge of nature park Petka facing Adriatic sea. Apartment is new build and completed in March 2019.
UNESCO-protected Old Town, Walls of Dubrovnik as well as a Dubrovnik Cable Car are located in walking distance (15 min).

Our stay was MAGNIFICENT! We appreciated having such great directions as well as having someone actually there to meet us. The apartment was very modern and clean, spacious, and with many amenities. It was quiet and in a great location. Tamara was very accommodating especially at the end of our stay. I would recommend Tamara’s apartment to anyone!!!

Highly recommend

I can highly recommend this beautiful property. All communication with the owner was quickly responded to and the property was beautiful and clean. The location was perfect for us and we hired scooters to go between there and the Old town. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Du-Art apartment

The apartment was exactly as described. Balcony afforded nice view of the sea. Location was good, close to public transit, near sunset beach (very nice spot), small grocery store close by and larger one easy to reach by car. Not too close to the old town but bus was easy to use and available on main road. Owner was very helpful, communicated quickly if we had questions. Would recommend if visiting Dubrovnik. We had a car however if no car would likely need to use cab service or buses to get around to other areas of the city unless you are able to walk good distances.

Amazing space and location

Tastefully decorated, spacious 2 BD 2 Bath in a wonderful location. Host was more that generousness stocking the fridge with water, juice, fruit and other fine touches. A beautiful departing gift as well. Can't recommend highly enough!

Great modern and comfortable apartment for visiting Dubrovnik

The apartment was as described. Very modern, clean and comfortable. Tamara was a wonderful host and provided great tips for things to do and places to eat. Walking distance to the nearest beach is about 10 minutes and 20 minutes to the old town. Uber is cheap and convenient so we only walked to the old town once. We would happily return.
