This three-bedroom apartment features air-conditioning, free WiFi, and furnished balcony overlooking famous Old Town of Dubrovnik and Adriatic Sea. It has three bedrooms, living room with flat-screen SAT TV and sitting area, dining area, as well as kitchen fitted with refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and water kettle. The apartment has two private bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower. Hair-dryer is also provided.

Apartments Villa Ari is located only 15 minutes a walk from the Old Town of Dubrovnik where you can find an open-air green market and other shops as well as a bakery, banks and ATM's, cafes, bars and restaurants with local and other cuisine. The UNESCO-protected center is known for its architecture and guests can explore its numerous sights, such as the City Walls, St. Blaise's Church and Stradun Promenade. The famous Banje beach is only 5 minutes walk away with many more of them in surrounding area.

Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 20 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 20 km away.
