Villa Dubravka is a traditional Mediterranean stone house located just a few kilometers from the historic city of Dubrovnik. Surrounded by spacious gardens, terraces, and a private heated swimming pool, the villa sits just steps from the Adriatic Sea—so close that the waves almost touch the fence of the front terrace and garden.
Guests have full access to the entire house and all its amenities, including the outdoor spaces and four private parking spaces. We strive to provide our guests with the best possible experience. As we live near the villa, we are always available if you need assistance during your stay.
For day trips or half-day excursions to nearby islands, we recommend Luka, our trusted skipper. One of his speedboats is permanently moored right in front of the villa, making island hopping on the Adriatic incredibly convenient.

About the Villa
This recently renovated villa combines elegant design with modern comfort, offering 145 m² of living space across two floors and accommodating up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families or groups.
The villa features four comfortable bedrooms, each with independent air conditioning, along with three bathrooms. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a welcoming dining area perfect for shared meals.
One of the highlights of the villa is the indoor jacuzzi, surrounded by large windows that provide beautiful views of the sea, making it a relaxing retreat in any weather.
Outside, the villa offers a private heated swimming pool and spacious terrace, complete with a fireplace/BBQ area, creating the perfect setting for outdoor dining and evening gatherings. The pool also includes a net for water games, adding extra fun for families and groups.
For guests who enjoy outdoor activities, the villa provides 5 kayaks and 1 stand-up paddleboard (SUP) for exploring the beautiful Zaton bay. There is also a table tennis area, perfect for friendly matches and entertainment.
The property is set within a 500 m² Mediterranean garden filled with pine trees and native plants, offering privacy and a peaceful atmosphere.

Booking & Cancellation Policy
At the moment of booking, 30% of the total amount is required as a deposit, with the remaining 70% payable up to 30 days before your stay.
Our cancellation policy is strict. The deposit is non-refundable, but in the case of unforeseen circumstances, please contact us and we will do our best to support you in changing your reservation dates.
