The room was stuffy and room service didn't come two days in a row, even when I put on the notice light to please refresh the room. I also didn't receive any drink discounts despite this promise on my booking. The hot spa pool wasn't hot, and it wasn't easy to book any massage, as if the service wasn't available.

The hotel and room were beautiful and in a pretty good location. The service from the bartenders was great. The street noise wasn’t too bad considering it’s a city. The only complaint is the room doors slam shut very loudly all along the hallway when people let them, which they usually do. Also the cleaning staff do a great job but do start to do it loudly by 8am every day.

Our recent stay at the Chancery was just perfect. The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable and clean, and the location was excellent. I highly recommend relaxing with a cocktail in their bar in the evening; the specialty drinks they offered were superb and the bartender was delightful.
