Everything was wonderful except the beds. The mattresses felt like a hard futon mattress. I’ve slept on worse, but it wasn’t great for a side sleeper. The staff was excellent.

Wonderful stay with great customer service!!!

Had a great stay at this place. We arrived early in the morning and they already had a room ready for us, 2 hours before my early check-in. Great staff who answered all our questions and had a great customer service. Very well situated with lots of accommodations around. About 5 minutes walk to the begining of Temple bar area and quite close to alot of other attractions.

Convenient location. Really nicely kept property and great staff. Only thing I would change is the lighting in my room. Very glaringly harsh with no ability to dim them down. Especially poor lighting placement in bathroom.

We had the fortunate experience of dealing with a young lady by the name of ZEEL, at the front desk and she was absolutely wonderful. All of the staff just can’t do enough for you and are just so incredibly helpful. The property is spotless, the breakfast is good, and the location is fantastic. I would go there again in a heartbeat.

Great location close to Dublin City centre and shopping. Check in friendly and efficient. Self contained room with well equipped kitchen and good clean bathroom. Mattress probably due for replacement as wasn’t very comfortable. Overall a good choice for staying in Dublin - note there are a few Staycity hotels in Dublin so check the actual location before you book.

Overall a good stay. I liked the amenities of the room. The only thing I didn't like was that they keep central control of your thermostat. It gets way too warm in the rooms and you need to go down and bug them to cool it down. They have a QR code for an AI chatbot but they actually don't get the messages so that isn't fun either.

This is a really great place to stay if you want to be near the heart of Dublin City (it's within walking distance of the main tourist activities). The refrigerator, stovetop, microwave (and even a dishwasher!) made it convenient to eat breakfast before heading out and eating a late dinner after a tour that lasts all day.

Well located in easy walking distance to all the sites in Dublin. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet area. Rooms with a kitchen and fridge were great for quick mornings and chilling in the evening. Lots of nice and reasonably priced restaurants in the area.

The room looked like a prison cell. Sparse , absolutely nothing but a hard bed. Living room looked Iike a dorm with a hard couch. Looks very different from the photos! Also 22 minute walk from St. Stephen’s Green- not central!!!! Staff very nice and friendly. Would absolutely not stay here again. If you like no frills , hard bed, hard pillow and sub basic- this is for you.
