A great hotel about 20 minutes walk to Dublin City Centre. The staff were lovely and welcoming. My room was spotlessly clean and quiet. There are great supermarket options if needed very close to the hotel. As a solo traveller, I would definitely go back to Point A again.

Second time here. Rooms are great, comfortable. Lobby/lounge/breakfast area/bar is also very comfy and mod. They take care of you like a really fancy hotel, for a fraction of the price. Walkable to both north & south neighborhoods of Dublin. Really great budget-friendly place.

Should your stature be that of a Hobbit..then go. 1. Awkward size room and amenities. 2. No place to plug the teapot in unless you relocate it and open the drop down door to the tiny wall hung cabinet. Its in side in the dark backside.(cheap Ikea stuff) 3. If you are a 6' tall individual your knees will bang the wall in front of the China throne, All the while wondering if your shower towels that are damp will soak the Toilet Tissue thru because the hook is directly over that area. 4. Should your companion be Photo Sensitive use the WC in the dark as the door to the area is glass. 5. Our room door would not latch unless given the big push or pull..not installed very well. 6. No room servicing by 4:30 pm. Had to hunt down staff to get towels and toilet tissue 7. Not " A city View" a Dirty Alley View and empty lot View 8. Hangers on the wall Buttons for clothing....cant really use them...again looks like a cheap Ikea fix for no closet Lastly.... The staff informed me that it is a Boutique Hotel as their excuse for poor design and very poor over-site of the install of fixtures, hardware and doors. (many things were not right and crooked) That all might seem harsh but my father-in-law would say "A blind man would be happy to see it"

Rooms are very small but clean and the price was right. Its location is great, very walkable to pretty much everything. Staff was really nice. Only complaint was the tap water is not safe for drinking and there was no signs anywhere stating that. The only way we found out is we talked to a staff and they told us.
