Our house is located in the quiet cut de sac facing Glenaulin Park - great space for walks.
The space
Ground floor consist of a living room a kitchen / diner and a toilet. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and a dryer.
Upstairs there is an en suite double bedroom as well as 2 single rooms. You will also find main bathroom with a bath tub. Fourth bedroom - large double is located in the attic. Sofa in the living room has a bed function and can accommodate extra 2 guests, totalling 8.
There is a small garden to the back with seating space and a gas BBQ.
