Noisiest place I've ever stayed

This is the noisiest hotel I'ver ever stayed in. Above a giant Wetherspoons, opposite other pubs and bars on a busy nightlife street. I had a street facing room that was also right by the lift and basically meant no sleep. Street is still noisy til 3am. Seriously detracts from what is otherwise an ok hotel. Staff were very friendly. Don't think I'd recommend this unless you're looking for big nights out.

The location was great for us. The hotel meanders through many buildings. Up+down stairs. A bit of a challenge with luggage. The elevators were not working. Overall a fine experience.

Absolutely outstanding hotel, starting with the curb appeal of the old Dublin townhouse building, the decor inside with themed carpets and stain glass windows, history on the walls. Spotless everywhere. Everything we could want in the room , bottles of water, biscuits , hot chocolate tea and coffee. Bed and bedding was so comfy , room was quiet. The free hot drinks in the bar were a great perk and the breakfast we had was excellent, tasty and great value for money. I would recommend to anyone staying in Dublin and I will be looking out for more Wetherspoons hotels to visit in future 10/10

Great location for walking and checking out Dublin (about 20 min walk to st Patrick’s cathedral), but that’s about it. Parking is horrible, only available parking lot 11 min walk away. Nowhere to unload the car. Then, you have to walk through a busy bar/restaurant to get to the room. At least the rooms are modern and clean, but not worth the hassle.

We loved our stay here. We could either walk or take a nearby bus to get downtown. Lots of restaurants nearby, including a nice eatery in the hotel. Room was quiet and clean.

We enjoyed our stay at Keaven’s Port, where we stayed twice during our visit to Ireland. Facilities were clean and comfortable, staff was warm and helpful. We loved being walking distance to everything we wanted to see and visit in Dublin. There was some noise during the night, but that comes naturally with staying in the city centre, so we didn’t mind. The restaurant and bar in the hotel was also wonderful and very convenient. Our only concern was with the bouncers who are stationed at the doors during the evening — we were told to use the pub doors since they were closer to our room, but every time we came through, the bouncers asked my husband and I for ID despite us having seen them earlier. We explained we were hotel guests and they let my husband through, but stopped me by touching my arm and asking how old I was. I’m nearly 30. We understand they need to do their jobs, but found them to be quite abrasive and impolite. Aside from those interactions, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends and family!

An absolute pleasure staying at Kevan's Port. Beautiful converted convent. Lovely appointed rooms. Excellent variety of meals and the staff were so polite and attentive. Would highly recommended and definitely will be back. Also, bus ouside Connolly station in about 6 stops takes you literally outside the hotel. 😊

I loved this place. The room’s furnishings are a bit outdated, but the setting overlooking the old church courtyard is very cool! Convenient for grabbing a drink or breakfast given Weatherspoon’s is in the building. Very friendly front desk staff.
