This wasn’t a safe place and wasn’t safe and an agent was supposed call me to discuss this matter and nothing I’m so disgusted how Expedia handled this situation

The bedroom was clean but not the other rooms. I was built to a very very low standard; electrical wires sticking out of the walls; the windows did not close properly allowing noise pollution in; cigarette burns on different pieces of furniture around the apartment. Fire alarm system had multiple faults on different floors.
