Would advise against staying here. Staff communication was disappointing - they tried to trick me into paying more than my rate/night for an early check in of a few hours. Housekeeping kept knocking/ringing even with a "Do not disturb" sign on the door. There was also really loud construction in the room next to me. If you're doing noisy construction, you shouldn't be renting out rooms right next to it. When I asked when the noise would stop they denied anything was happening. However, the location was great - near the Metro and a big supermarket. Close to the airport, so it may be ok for just one night.

Good location but with room for improvement

The location was good, the underground parking was tight but adequate for the Nissan Sentra I arrived in. Check-in took nearly 20 minutes even though I didn't have to wait for any customers in front of me. The room was small, there were no towels in the room, the bathroom and kitchenette were clean despite being in worn out and need of replacing. The door to the adjacent guest's room was thin so I could easily hear him in the night and the window also allowed a lot of street noise through. I didn't try any of the food or other amenities so I cannot comment on these.

DXB visit

It was so good to stay in the property, I usually booked a hotel through hotels.com, this was my second time stay in DXB and it was very nice and joyful stay. I had a great time there and I will chose this place whenever I have a plan to visit DXB. Thanks

Not pleased with the the kitchen cos no enough plates, cutleries, tea cups plates and knives, The kitchen is outdated, but manageable. So disappointed. Below 3 stars hotel. Kitchen needs to be updated or refurbished. The bedroom is clean and comfortable. Beds are a bit hard, No proper English breakfast, so disappointed. because not used to heavy food in the morning. Only one choice of bread.

Spacious rooms and convenient location.

Second time at this hotel. The hotel seems to be under new management but nothing is changed except for the name. As the name suggests, this place is more like an apartment and you can cook, wash your clothes in the room so it is definitely recommended if you are staying more than 1 night and want to do your laundry etc. The bathroom is a bit old and at times, there are some odors from the sewage but nothing seriousl.

The worse experience i ever had

The hotel Shift Manager sold my booking to someone else before i arrive to hotel, his explation was that high season in Dubai don't wait for the delay flight guests and therefore he made 3 times more money that I've made my booking 2 month ago for a much cheaper price. I will never even trust this hotel and it's staff for this.

one of the worst hotel experience i have had. bathroom was stinking so bad that we did not even have a shower. Inspite of complaining all they did was come spray air freshner which helped for 5 min instead of cleaning the place. the pot was disgusting. I paidd 100 aed for an extra bed. the extra bed was so bad and unstable that three of us had to squeeze in on the queen bed. definately not recommended to anyone.

Staff unexperient ..want to extend one night first I was told no room then changed mind and wanted to charge double price ...not so clean room saw little roches on floor ...and room had smoke smell all time that we had to close windows all time and above all Internet only at lobby and always cutting off ...for same price rate you can get better hotel I don't recommend
